St. John the Evangelist Spring Fling!

Over 450 parishioners and community members attend this evening each year! There is no gala that I am aware of in St. John of this caliber and magnitude.
Even though we are a large parish of people who attend different Masses and programs throughout the week, Spring Fling gives us the opportunity to meet people that we might not ever get to know during our normal parish activities. It helps to keep us close and to maintain that small parish feel despite our growing size. It also allows us to reach out to members of the community, Catholic or not, to enjoy fellowship with us as we are all part of the larger St. John/Tri-Town community.

Every year Spring Fling attendees look forward to bidding on fantastic prizes in the live and silent auctions, buying chances for a luxurious vacation and purchasing tickets for creative, themed raffle baskets. These fabulous prizes could not be offered without magnanimous donations from individuals and businesses.
Examples of potential donations include:

Local date nights, girls’ night outs, and nights on the town (Babysitting donations would be great!)

Getaways/vacations for couples, families, and/or friends

Family Fun, father/son or mother/daughter experiences

Home maintenance, repair and/or improvement packages

Technology, accessories and services for “plugged in” packages

The success of Spring Fling depends on the
generous support of our sponsors who help defray the many expenses associated with this
lovely evening.
Businesses can become a Spring Fling sponsor at levels to fit any budget from $100 - $2000 plus. Depending on sponsorship levels, businesses receive advertising exposure to the 4000+ families at St. John the Evangelist Parish in addition to the broader community via posters, websites and social media.
Trade Partners
Our wonderful trade partners help to enhance our event through their beautiful products and much needed services. Examples of trade partnerships include everything from providing centerpieces for our tables to enhanced video and audio services at the event.

Trade partners also receive advertising exposure and the opportunity to showcase their products / services at the gala.
